chibi and I have gone a few rounds with each other over the predicted election results from Ohio. For most of the summer I thought that Ohio was going to go to Bush. On September 30, however, I capitualed to chibi and declared my belief that Kerry could win the state. Today (or tomorrow -- or maybe next week) is the Day of Reckoning, and what do the polls out of Ohio say?

Of the ten most recent Ohio polls, nine show a Bush lead in the state.

Can Kerry win without Ohio? I don't think so, but I'm ready to be surprised. If JFK pulls it out -- "it" being either Ohio or the Electoral College -- I'll be happy to tip my hat to chibi and call him my daddy. For one day, at least.
